The line covers more generic mooring needs and includes fender hooks with grommet for popular pipe rail or pipe rail sizes, fenders for yachts to 30-feet, and fluffy or ballistic nylon removable chafe gear in commonly needed lengths to fit popular line sizes. The products feature the same prime-quality materials as our custom line.

Megafend fender hooks protect a yacht's varnished, painted, or stainless hand rails. Each is handcrafted and designed for heavy use. Their core structure is of durable aluminum. Outer and inner surfaces are covered with premium-grade, never-oil maintenance-free leather in black or brown for an outstanding look. The finest sheep wool/skin covers the inside of fender hook models designed for varnished or painted rails, protecting rail surface area.

and strong to last in heavy marine use. Each deflates to stow in a minimum of space.

Megafend 30 solid-core fenders, sized to protect smaller boats are the perfect way to fend off damaging contact between your boat and docks, pilings or other craft while moored. Each has an outer covering of quality Sunbrella® marine fabric in black for an outstanding look and is performance engineered to withstand heavy use. Durable, high-quality pvc pipe runs through the fender’s center, easily permitting standard 16mm (5/8”) line to be inserted for suspending the fender. Mega fenders may be used vertically or horizontally. Custom sizes are also available through Megafend dealers. Mega 30 • 50cm (20”) length, 15cm (6”) diameter.

Megafend removable fluffy chafe gear of soft sheep wool/skin provides protection for those areas where the fender line or dock line can rub against paint or gelcoat. Each is designed for heavy use applications.
They install easily and can be removed without having to undo line ends.

Megafend ballistic nylon removable chafe gear wraps (right-above) provide protection for dockline hawsers, line eyes, or where dock lines come in contact with rubrails. They install easily and assure an aesthetically pleasing, tight uniform look.
